Start with a walkthrough, in person or by video call if you’re out of town. Tell us what the family is keeping and what an estate sale company has already taken. Our crew then works room by room. Anything that looks personal, valuable or official (photos, jewelry, paperwork, cash, firearms) goes into a box for you, not on the truck. Furniture and housewares in good condition go to Houston-area charities and we send you the receipts. Everything else is hauled and disposed of responsibly. When we finish, the house is swept and empty, and we can text you photos of every room.
